School Groups and ActivitiesNearly every public, private and home school within driving distance comes to the Malcolm Blue Farm. The Boys and Girls Club, Interact, Key Club, 4-H Club, and many other groups travel back into time and experience the past on this 1820s farmstead. This is the place to come for “hands on” learning. Teachers’ organizations use the farm to make learning an enjoyable and memorable experience for all.Volunteer opportunities are offered for school groups and children’s community organizations. We welcome local groups who assist with cleanup days, parking and gate monitoring for the Festivals. They serve as docents and make decorations for our Christmas Open House tree. We like to collaborate with groups of this type and can arrange special school tours throughout the year. Contact us today to arrange a special tour or help at our events.
Malcolm Blue Farm Museum and farmhouse will be open Wednesday through Saturday, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. or other times by special appointment.1177 Bethesda Road, P.O.
